"Went in to review and update our account. Mrs. Lauren was very helpful and informative on the updates we needed due to changes to our vehicles and home. She made recommendations and explained what our options where, there was no pressure. She also made sure the updates were in the computer (you know how computers are) and completed before we left. She also ask us about our retirement plan, (We are getting to that age) so we talked about that. She agreed my plan will work and I didn't need anything from them in that area. Again no pressure to buy anything from them just letting me know what they offer if I need it. I have been with Kelly for many years and they have been very helpful in getting what we needed done from insurance policies to clams. I highly recommended her agency for your insurance needs."
